In April of this year, Gallup Management Journal published the results of an ongoing survey (2002 through 2005) of a sufficiently representative sampling of employees to enable Gallup to say "with 95% confidence" that the margin for error in the survey was plus or minus 3%. Misuse of Company Email
The American Management Association and the ePolicy Institute released a survey in July that shows an increase in dismissal of employees for violating e-mail and other computer usage policies. According to the survey, twenty-six percent "of employers have terminated employees for misusing company email…". That is a 17% increase from 2001.

Eliminating Errors
