A provider of high quality school uniforms to students throughout the state of Florida wanted to automate their order processing and fulfillment system. Cornerstone provided the hardware and software, installed ACCPAC Pro Series 6.5 (now known as Sage Pro ERP), integrated the accounting package with custom programming, and achieved a system that is highly efficient and seamlessly interacts with the apparel company's customers.

Touchdown

CCI was entrusted with moving Tampa Sports Authority to the new Raymond James stadium. Part of a $160 Million project, CCI helped complete the transition ahead of schedule and was quoted to have been "the smoothest transition Tampa Sports Authority ever made".

CCI helped the ALLPRO Corporation in Tampa Bay increase their sales from $50 Million per year to over $600 Million per year and reduce their in-house staff at the same time.

Healthy IT Systems

Through the years, Cornerstone has helped a local medical supplies distributor migrate several times to newer versions of Sage Pro ERP (formerly known as ACCPAC Pro Series) and they have been using the system successfully for all of their various business entities. One of Cornerstone’s oldest and best clients, they began with the SBT Pro Series when it was still written in dBaseIII and when AR was called dInvoice/dStatements. Specifically CCI helps them to distribute machinery, hardware, software, packaging, labeling, supplies and services to hospital and nursing home pharmacies all across the United States.

An extremely successful High-Tech chip wholesale business needed a system that would allow them to buy from thousands of vendors and sell to tens of thousands of customers almost instantaneously. ACCPAC Pro Series (renamed Sage Pro ERP) was brought in and customized to handle the tremendous transaction volume and keep accurate accounting of the tens of thousands of simultaneous transactions.

A Custom Solution for a Unique Retailer

Recently, we were awarded the contract to design a Website for a company that creates "hand painted usable art" for the elite, the famous, and the general public. Traditionally, the beautifully painted glassware, ceramic plates, cups, saucers, and linens, have been advertised in a seasonal catalog that is printed and distributed on a quarterly basis. As the products continued to increase in popularity, many orders were placed for these unique plates, glasses, and linens. In order keep up with the demand for this company’s products, the staff would work day and night fulfilling orders.

As the orders kept pouring in, the owner decided that she needed: an easier way for customers to view her new and existing products; to display the products in a way that would enable customers to see the intricate hand painted detail; to graphically show the quality of each and every piece of art and to facilitate her company's order processing system. When the CEO learned that our customized designs would meet all specified criteria and could seamlessly integrate with her existing system, she hired Cornerstone Consulting to implement her company's website. Rather than waiting for another printing of the catalog to view new items and pricing changes, customers can now access all product updates via the company Website.

Successful Searching

A custom cd/dvd company decided to try two different kinds of marketing campaigns. One was a TV commercial, and the other was an internet marketing campaign. Cornerstone Consulting was hired to create and deploy the search engine marketing campaign. The search engine campaign was a great success. As of today, over fifty product inquiries have been generated from the internet campaign. Unfortunately, only two product inquiries were generated from the TV commercial. In comparison, the expensive television ad campaign was ineffective and the successful internet campaign has already paid for itself. Due to the success of the search engine campaign, the company has hired Cornerstone Consulting to continue expanding their internet marketing efforts.
