The client was using an out of the box business solution that did not fit their needs
They previously paid another consulting group to create custom software, but the other group failed to deliver
Tracking customers and documents was a mainly manual process
This client also wanted to be able to view reports on the web
The client also wanted to ability to integrate their business system with their accounting system
RESOLUTION:
Cornerstone Consulting completed a detailed architectural analysis and proposal
A totally custom solution was developed which allows the customer to process, track and maintain their business processes
Provided our client with integration to their current accounting system as well as provided for ease of upgrading their accounting system
Implemented a complete business management system, which included:
o An ad hoc reporting engine
o Many custom crystal reports
o Document creation, printing and tracking
