Can we remove the basic IX-ONE buttons (Auto-Populated)?

Yes, you can remove IX-ONE Buttons if you have a Premium or Platinum code(s).

Can we change the content of the basic IX-ONE buttons (Auto-Populated)?

Depends on the button and its content.  Even if it allows to change in some cases, we strongly discourage you to do so to avoid affecting the link between the IX-ONE and ELI database.

What is the maximum number of buttons we can have on a code?

There is no maximum number of buttons you can have for Premium or Platinum codes, however we recommend 4-6 Custom Button on top of 6-8 Auto-populated ones from IX-One.  Click to view https://eli2.us/s/rz66zo65

What is the timeframe to which we can expect our codes once payment is sent?

It will vary depends on the number of codes and how quickly you can supply the content to us; however, on average you can expect to have the codes within 1-2 weeks. 

After approval for the Upgrade, who do we work with, you or IX-ONE?

You will work directly with us, Cornerstone.  We will be supporting you throughout the process.

How often can you change the content included on Premium or Platinum codes within my year contract?

You can change and update your ELI Codes as often as you like. There is a $10 change fee per each ELI Code. It is recommended that you submit all changes to each SKU in full when updating.

What is the process for submitting new changes to my code?

Please submit changes via spreadsheet that we provide.

Will new tags have to be issued and printed in stores once the code is upgraded?

No. The data behind the ELI code have been assigned to an ELI code, so it will never have to be re-printed. The content behind the code can change whenever you need to. 

Can we use these QR codes at other retailers and for our other collaterals?

Yes, in fact we encourage you to use them in all your other retailers and marketing collateral!

Can we have different buttons for different SKUs?

Yes, with Premium and Platinum codes. 

What is the ideal Brochure/PDF size?

We recommend you send us a link to the landing page for PDF or Brochure on your website or some other sources that you have the control over the data and to minimize download time.

If a product expires can I switch the content to another UPC within my contract time?

Yes, we would be happy to change for a small set up fee. 

Can we add more than one video to our code?

Absolutely, you can add as many videos as you would like. 

Can we change the names and the colors of the buttons?

Yes, with Premium and Platinum you can change the color and names. 

Is there extra training available?

Yes, we would be happy to help with any additional training. Recorded sessions of your training can be recorded at your request.

Can we change the order of the buttons to reflect the hierarchy of importance?

Yes, you can change the order of the buttons however you would like them to display.

What is the ideal size a photo should be?

The recommended image should be 200 x 200 pixel.

What is the ideal size a video should be?

We do not host or store videos, so we will link to where the video is hosted.  Our recommendation is for you to provide us YouTube link if you have it or upload it to your website and provide us the link to the landing page.  We recommend Video to be less than a minute for a quick but efficient shopping experience
