Cornerstone Consulting, Inc. (CCI) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you a powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to all websites within the CCI portfolio, data secured via registrations for any and all CCI conference and conference-related events and governs data collection and usage that results from these sources. By using the CCI website or one of the various websites from one of CCI’s portfolio, or by attending one of CCI’s conference events, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
CCI collects personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, your email address, name, home or work address, or telephone number. CCI also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests, and favorites.
In the instance of using the CCI website or one of the various websites from one of CCI’s portfolio, there is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by CCI. This information is used by CCI for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use CCI’s portfolio of websites.

CCI controls and operates its website and services from the United States, without any intent to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States. Our service providers and we may store and process your personal information in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers. By using our website and services, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence or citizenship, including the United States, which may have different data protection rules than those of your country, subject to the provisions regarding EU General Data Protection Regulation as described below in this Privacy Policy.
CCI will maintain and protect personal information about a person that is legally obtained or provided to us as described in this Privacy Policy until that person, or his/her assigns, heirs or legal representative requests that we remove that personal information.
California Privacy Right
For California residents only. We may disclose your personal information to our affiliates or other related third parties for their use in marketing to you. Pursuant to California’s “Shine the Light Act,” California residents are permitted to request information about how we share certain categories of information with third parties for their marketing use. EU General Data Protection Regulation
CCI adheres strictly to the requirements of the EU GDPR, wherever we store your personal information.
If you purchase and consume CCI services while in the European Union, on or after May 25, 2018 and to the extent that it is reasonably ascertainable that you are making such purchase or use of CCI products in the EU:
CCI will not use your personal information without your specific consent granted by your opting IN to our email marketing.
We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible of any breach of CCI’s storage of your personal information.
Other provisions in this Privacy Policy address the information that CCI collects, how long we store it, and who may have access to your information.

CCI does not store or transfer data anywhere other than the U.S.A., but does contract with a hosted web services provider which may transfer or store data within the EU. Other than accepting information on its website from a person who may be in the EU at the time of submitting their Personal Information, or through GDPR-compliant web services provider, CCI will not transfer any Personal Information data to or from the EU to or from any other country.
CCI will provide you with the Personal Information we have about you on your request to Support@cornerstone1.com. CCI will respond within 30 days to your request and provide information in a portable, useable format. CCI will verify the identity of anyone making a request of production of such data before providing the information.
We will maintain Personal Information until that person, or his/her assigns, heirs or legal representative requests that we remove that Personal Information.
You may request that CCI remove any Personal Information that we have about you. Please send your request along with the reasons for your request to Support@cornerstone1.com. CCI will respond to your request without undue delay, verify the identity and authority of anyone making a request, and take all reasonable steps to comply with your request within the requirements of EU GDPR Regulations.
